About Kristijan Gjorgjioski
SEO consultant and specialist. I work directly with a small number of clients on the search problems that actually move revenue.
Most SEO advice fails not because it is wrong, but because it is generic. The tactic that transformed one site is irrelevant to another with different constraints, a different market and a different starting point. Useful SEO starts with your data.
How I got here
I have spent my career on the delivery side of search - running audits, rebuilding site architecture, planning content, and reporting results back to the people paying for them. That has meant working across markets and sectors: SaaS, e-commerce, professional services, home improvement, publishing. Different competitive dynamics, same underlying discipline.
Working across that many accounts teaches you something specific: which problems are common and which are genuinely unusual. Most sites are held back by a handful of recurring issues. Recognising which ones apply to you quickly is most of the value of hiring someone who has seen it before.
How I work
Audit before strategy. I do not have opinions about your site until I have seen your Search Console data, crawled it, and looked at who is beating you. That takes longer than a sales call, and it is the reason the recommendations are worth acting on.
Prioritise ruthlessly. There is always more to do than there is time for. Every deliverable I produce is ordered by expected impact against the effort to ship it, so the first week of work is never in question.
Report honestly. Some tests do not work. Some months are flat. You will hear about those from me before you notice them in the dashboard - that is what makes the good months credible.
What I do not do
- Guarantee rankings. Nobody controls the algorithm, and anyone claiming otherwise is describing branded search.
- Buy links from networks. The risk lands on your domain, not on the vendor.
- Take on more clients than I can give real attention. You are hiring me, not a queue.
- Pad reports with metrics that look impressive and change nothing.
Who I work best with
Businesses that already have something worth ranking - a real product, real expertise, a market that searches - and that have someone able to get changes shipped. SEO delivered into an organisation that cannot deploy is an expensive document.
Working together
What do you need from me to get started?
Read access to Google Analytics and Search Console, a look at the CMS, and one person on your side who can get changes shipped. Without that last one, even a perfect audit sits in a folder.
How do you report on progress?
A monthly dashboard plus written commentary on what moved, why, and what happens next. Rankings and traffic are in there, but the headline numbers are the ones your business already cares about.
