SEO Services, SEO Automation and Analytics

Three practices that answer one question: are the right people finding you, and do you know which work brought them? Pick the area, then the specific piece of work.

Process

How an engagement runs

1

Free strategy call

Thirty minutes on your business, your current search performance and what you are trying to hit. If I am not the right fit, I will say so on the call.

2

Scoped proposal

A written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Built around your situation, not pulled from a template.

3

Discovery and audit

Every engagement opens with a real audit. Strategy comes from your data, your competitors and your constraints - not from generic best practice.

4

Execute and measure

We ship, measure and iterate. Monthly reporting tied to pipeline and revenue, with an honest account of what did not work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long before I see results from SEO?

Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Content and authority work compounds over months - most engagements show meaningful movement between month three and month six. Anyone promising faster is either selling you branded traffic or something worse.

Do you work with my industry?

I have worked across SaaS, e-commerce, professional services, home improvement and publishing. The fundamentals do not change between industries; the competitive landscape and the buyer's research path do, and that is what the discovery phase is for.

Do you do the work, or just advise?

Both, depending on what you need. Some clients want strategy and briefs their own team executes. Others want me hands-on in the CMS, the analytics and the developer backlog. The proposal makes clear which of us owns what.

Can you work alongside my existing agency or in-house team?

Yes, and it is common. I often come in as the senior SEO voice reviewing an agency's output or setting direction for an in-house marketer who is strong on execution but new to search.

What do you need from me to get started?

Read access to Google Analytics and Search Console, a look at the CMS, and one person on your side who can get changes shipped. Without that last one, even a perfect audit sits in a folder.

How do you report on progress?

A monthly dashboard plus written commentary on what moved, why, and what happens next. Rankings and traffic are in there, but the headline numbers are the ones your business already cares about.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is usually the right question, and it is what the first call is for. I will tell you where the biggest gap is - whether or not you hire me to fix it.
