A healthcare property niche, finally written down. Clicks up 60%, impressions up 100%.
I took on the SEO for a US commercial real estate brokerage in December 2025. Its heartland is healthcare property, dental and medical practices in particular, across several states, and it had never published a blog. From March to August 2026, clicks per month rose about 60% and impressions 100%.

Deep expertise, two clicks a day
When the client came on board, there was no blog and the team wanted one. In March 2026 the site earned roughly two clicks a day from around 7,500 impressions. For a brokerage covering several states, that is very little.
Page one was sparse as well. Over the earliest three months of data, only about eighty queries reached the top ten, and a dozen made the top three. The firm's strength is healthcare and dental property, but its people also handle retail, restaurant and bar, office and industrial space, so there was more ground to cover than one niche.
Guides by practice type, pages by state
My records list what was live by the July 2026 report rather than the date of each task, so I do not line individual pieces up against individual months.

Set the scope at onboarding
The onboarding questionnaire came back on 11 December 2025. Brokerage pages were kept to the states the firm genuinely serves, and the blog voice was agreed as professional and authoritative. A review of the market pointed to pages by state and by practice type as the obvious gap.

Build pillars around a practice's lease
Content pillars followed the life of a practice's premises: negotiating the lease, fitting out the space, understanding costs and moving. By July 2026 that had produced seven dental guides, covering fit-out cost per square foot through to tenant improvement allowances, and twelve medical guides on lease terms, triple-net leases, CAM charges, zoning and parking.

Cover every state and specialty
Fifteen location pages went up, one each for dental, healthcare and veterinary property in every state the firm serves. Someone looking for a particular kind of practice space in a particular state now lands on a page written for exactly that search.

Widen to a consulting hub, and report on it
By August 2026 a consulting hub was in build: a national commercial property pillar with pages for retail, office, industrial and healthcare space. Alongside it, the client received white-label performance reports drawing on both Google Search Console and Bing.
Six months of steady widening
Clicks in August were about 60% above March's, and the summer quarter was about 60% above the spring one. Impressions per month rose 100%, from around 7,500 to around 15,000.
The larger shift is in where the site ranks. Top-ten keywords rose about 70%, and the top three went from 12 to 46, a rise of about 280%.
